Returns & Refund Policy

At BASTION we want you to ride with complete confidence in your gear. If something is not right, this Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work. It sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer and does not affect them.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must tell us clearly in writing at contact@bastion-shop.com within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) received the item. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. We may reduce the amount we refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check their nature, characteristics and how they work.

How to start a return

Please email contact@bastion-shop.com with your order number before sending anything back. Our team will confirm your return and provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing proof that you have sent them). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence that they have been sent back.

We will refund the price you paid for the goods together with the standard delivery cost you paid on your original order, if any. We do not refund any additional amount you paid for a premium or express delivery option, nor the cost of returning the goods to us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us at contact@bastion-shop.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and including clear photos. In these cases we will cover the cost of return and provide a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of items that have been worn, washed or altered, or of gift cards. Items clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
