Came off on a roundabout at about 25mph and slid a fair few feet. Got up, tiny scuff on the knee panel, that was it. In jeans I'd have been in A&E. Worth every penny.
That's the whole reason I bought them. Wear them on the bike, wear them to the office, nobody has a clue they're armoured. Comfortable too.
Quality is brilliant and the knee armour pockets are spot on. They come up a bit slim though — order a size up if you're between sizes.
